It is hard to get where you want to go if you do not know where you are currently. The purpose of conducting an assessment is to establish baseline measurements for:

    Weight, Composition, Waist Circumference

    Strength & Conditioning

The Program

Through functional fitness, BASECAMP’s goal is to prepare the body for all of life's adventures.

"Learn to Lift" is our onboarding program for individuals new to functional fitness and looking to join group training. The program is 4-weeks, running 2x per week.

The goal of "Learn to Lift" is to establish competency in the basic movement patterns utilized to build a strong and healthy body.
